DELIVERY
We offer “FREE DELIVERY” within Australia for most of our items via Australia Post. All jewellery will be sent registered or express post. Your purchase will be posted within 2 working days of payment being received. Very good care is taken to ensure that items are packed well for delivery and where possible we use recycled packaging to help the environment.

RETURNS
Tamukami guarantees your satisfaction with our quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are requested to email us within 7 days from dispatch date to obtain a returns claim number. Goods can be returned for a refund, exchange or a credit within 10 days from dispatch date (excluding postage and insurance).Products purchased with free delivery will have delivery cost deducted from the refund. We only accept the product returned in original condition. Due to health concerns, we do not accept returns on pierced earrings or body jewellery. All products should be returned by protectively packaged and jewellery returned by registered post at the customer’s expense. All returns must contain a returns claim number or will not be accepted.
